Project: 4857 Cecelia Street

Helped Mr. Alfredo Garcia with preparing a notification packet and plans for his marble and granite warehouse located in the City of Cudahy.   Part of the plan submittal included preparation of a site plan, floor plan, elevations, lighting plan, grading plan, and landscape plan.

Project: 2307-2311 Ewing Street

We were asked to consult for permit securement of a Master Land Use application with the City of Los Angeles to develop two vacant parcels in the Silverlake hillside neighborhood.  We look forward to working with Tony Pham and the City of Los Angeles staff.

Project: 87 Linda Isle

N.P.S. + Associates is collaborating with Cenmill Inc. and Architecture firm based in Glendale and have completed a notification packet for the City of Newport Beach.

N.P.S. + Associates is collaborating with Notification Maps for the filing of a Master Land Use Permit Application with the City of Los Angeles.
