On The House

The company was asked to produce a site plan for a new front yard fence in the City of El Monte.  Considering this was a job requested by "the girlfriend" it was only suitable that my services be rendered free of charge.  So being familiar with City protocol and procedures I took lead and called El Monte Planning Department to verify zoning requirements as well as the Building Department for permit requirements.  I found out that a building permit was needed for the concrete work and Planning requested a site plan.  I drafted my plan, got the city stamp of approval, and the permit was issued.
