Code Enforcement Case

Received a call from a client who is in need of drafting services after finding out from the City of Bellflower that his house has an illegal garage conversion.  The client is under the gone with meeting a critical deadline imposed by the City and N.P.S. + Associates is here to take on this challenge together with the client.  Plans are in the works to construct a new 400 square foot two-car garage and a 150 square foot bedroom.
